I like to swim, so I swim three to four times a week. Swimming exercises all parts of your body, and it is great in reducing your belly fat. Besides, swimming helps to tone the arm and leg muscles to make you look great with a flatter stomach.

If you do not like to swim, then do some other exercises like the brisk walk, crunches, or sit ups. Try to do it intensively for 7 days, and you will be able to see a reduction in size in your tummy. If you feel that you do not have the time to do the above mentioned exercises, then you can do the crunches or sit ups at home while watching TV shows.

Of course you may also need to watch your diet and cut down on unhealthy junk food. Avoid eating oily foods and anything that contains a high sugar level. If possible, you may also like to eat only veggie and fruits for 7 days to achieve your fat loss goal.
